Production area: Bolgheri (LI).
Grape varietals: 100% Vermentino
Training system: spurred cordon.
Harvest: it is done manually between the end of August and the beginning of September, with a careful selection.
Vinification: after a very light press, the must is fermented for about two weeks in oak barrels tanks at a controlled temperature.
Ageing: after eight months in barrique, the wine aged three more months in the bottle.
Characteristics: with a golden yellow color, it has aromas of ripe exotic white-fleshed fruit, wild flowers, sensations of Mediterranean scrub, light toasted and spiced notes. The taste is warm, gently savory, persistent and with a slightly vanilla finish.
Food pairings: it matches well with complex tasting itineraries between fish dishes, meats, vegetables and medium-aged cheeses.
Service temperature: 10 - 12° C.
Ageing potential: 3 – 5 years.
Alcohol by Volume: 13%.
